He told that our Raj Kachori is special because along with eating healthy, we take utmost care of cleanliness. In the Raj Kachori here, we add potatoes, sprouts, papdi, dahi bhalla, curd, sweet sauce, chutney and namkeen.

The shop owner also told that we prepare Raj Kachori as per its name. The price of Raj Kachori is fixed at Rs. 125. The shop opens at 10:00 in the morning and remains open till 11:00 in the night. Vagish told that the shop is almost 55 years old. Our shop is located at Holi Gate in the name of Shankar Mithai Walon.
